Liz Burns, 21, is a sophomore at WMU. She is a Seita scholar studying behavioral psychology. The Seita scholarship is a scholarship for students who have experienced foster care for part or all of their teenage years. The program currently has up to 150 students and 100  alumni. Burns hopes that with her degree in behavioral psychology, she can help adults who have aged out of the foster care system and women who are survivors of sexual abuse.
