Every college hockey player’s dream is to make it to the NHL, but not everyone gets there. Student athletes must have the dedication and heart to achieve their goals. To get there, some hockey players take time off school and play in a junior division before entering college hockey. Having time off of school can be challenging for a hockey player when having to come from playing hockey all the time to adjust to college.
